As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver personalised support that helps each child reach their full potential. You'll assist in implementing individualised learning plans, adapting resources, and providing one-to-one support across a range of developmental areas - academic, social, and emotional.
Your creativity, empathy, and patience will be key in helping children overcome challenges and celebrate their progress, no matter how big or small. You'll play a vital part in promoting a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported.
