- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong understanding of the UK curriculum and its application in a classroom environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proficient in the use of technology to support learning, such as interactive whiteboards and educational software
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable, with a genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal
- A valid DBS check and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
