Location: Lambeth | Contract: Full-time, Term-time only | Salary: £105 - £120 per day

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant - Autism and Social Communication to support pupils with complex social communication needs and/or Autism. You'll work closely with teachers, therapists and other professionals to deliver tailored support and make a real difference in children's lives.

The Role
You'll:
- Support children in class, small groups and 1:1 sessions
- Deliver interventions with guidance from Speech and Language Therapists
- Provide emotional, pastoral and behavioural support
- Build positive relationships and help pupils communicate with confidence
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
- Safeguard pupils and attend training and meetings as required
About You
Experience is not essential - we provide full training. You should be:
- Passionate about working with children with SEN/ Autism
- Caring, patient, adaptable and a good listener
- A strong communicator and effective team player
- Keen to learn and develop professionally
