- Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience as a teaching assistant or cover supervisor

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Desirable:
- First Aid certification
- Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN)
- Knowledge of relevant educational software and technology
