Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives for our well-established client in Flint. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking either regular full-time work or flexible shifts to fit around their lifestyle.

Key Duties
  • Pack products carefully and efficiently.

  • Operate and monitor the production line.

  • Move pallets and materials to maintain smooth operations.

  • Remove products from the line, preparing them for the next stage of production.

Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.

  • Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is beneficial but not essential.

What We Offer
  • £12.21 per hour.

  • Days: 7am - 7pm.

  • Nights: 7pm - 7am.
