Summary

We are currently seeking a Group Manager to lead and develop our Fostering Service. Hull Fostering is the largest fostering agency in the area supporting over 300 foster carers both mainstream and kinship carers. About the Role
As Group Manager, you will:
· Lead the Fostering Service with a clear focus on quality, performance, and outcomes.
· Build strong professional relationships across the council and with city-wide partners.
· Champion a culture of openness, respect, and collaboration.
· Support and supervise staff to create an environment where practice can flourish.
· Contribute strategically to local, regional, and national developments in fostering.
What We’re Looking For:
· A qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
· Extensive experience in fostering and proven leadership in a social care setting.
· Confidence in managing performance and driving high standards of practice.
· A commitment to our values: People First, Respect, Learning, Ambition, and Partnership.
