The Role:
As an assistant manager, you'll support the people we care for and lead a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. You'll help shape a positive home environment and motivate your team to go above and beyond every day.
What You'll Need
Experience leading or supervising a care team
Level 2 in Adult Care (or working towards it)
Organised, calm under pressure, and great with people
A passion for making a real impact
Bonus if you have:
Level 3 in Adult Care or Team Leading
Experience with care planning software
