Job Purpose:

To ensure that the premises are cleaned and maintained to a high standard of hygiene and presentation, providing a safe and pleasant environment for staff, customers, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean, stock, and supply designated areas (e.g. offices, classrooms, restrooms, corridors, kitchens, and public areas).

Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.

Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.

Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with site procedures.

Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls.

Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Follow health and safety regulations, including COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health).

Ensure all cleaning equipment is used and stored safely.

Work independently and as part of a team to meet site cleaning standards.

Skills and Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience preferred (training can be provided).

Good understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Basic English communication skills.

Eligibility to work in the UK.
