Mental Health Support Worker - Swansea
Pay: £12.86 per hour

1 x 24 hours per week
Contract:
1 post Permanent
Double pay rate on Christmas Bank Holiday
You DO NOT need a full UK driving license
We do not offer sponsorship.
Closing Date: Monday 24th November 2025 at 12pm Noon.
Interview Date: Friday 12th December.
About the role
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in our Swansea service, supporting tenants with mental health needs, some of whom are recovering from substance use. You’ll help individuals live independently and achieve their personal goals.
Your responsibilities as a Mental Health Support Worker include:
Providing person-centred support in line with our values
Assisting tenants with daily living tasks and accommodation needs
Working in a psychologically informed and trauma-aware way
Supporting wellbeing and safety within the service
Paid training will ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed as a Mental Health Support Worker.
