Summary
Pipelayer Operative - HS2 Project (Civils & Drainage Work)
McGinley Support Services is looking for experienced Pipelayer Operatives to join the HS2 Project, one of the UK's largest and most prestigious infrastructure developments. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for skilled workers with drainage and pipelaying experience.
Location:HS2 Project - Various Sites Across the Midlands
Rates:-
PAYE Direct: £18.10 per hour

Overtime: £27.15 per hour (after 39 hours)

Digs/Lodge Provided: For operatives travelling over 50 miles
As a Pipelayer Operative, you will be responsible for:
-
Installing, joining, and testing pipes for drainage and utility systems
-
Working with concrete and plastic pipe systems
-
Reading site drawings and following specifications
-
Supporting groundworks and excavation tasks
-
Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment on-site
-
Valid CSCS Card - essential
-
Full UK Driving Licence - essential

Proven experience in pipelaying, drainage, or civil engineering

Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a site team

Competitive PAYE hourly rate

Overtime available

Long-term work on the HS2 project

Accommodation support for operatives travelling long distances
