Summary
Job Title: Experienced SEND Teaching Assistant (FY1 Area)
Are you an experienced and passionate Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in the FY1 area? Due to increasing demand, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about effective strategies to support pupils with special educational needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential. Experience in following Individual Education Plans (IEPs) is highly advantageous.Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a SEND Teaching Assistant.
- Strong understanding of various strategies to engage and support pupils with diverse learning needs.
- Ability to effectively implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Available Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 3:15 PM.
Pay Rate: £15 - £16 per hour, dependent on experience.
