Crynodeb
This post is full time Monday- Friday with on call commitments. Duties and Responsibilities The Main duties of the post will involve seeing, diagnosing, and treating inpatients, referring to other clinicians or general practitioners where appropriate and providing junior doctor support to their consultant. Duties in an emergency There will be provision for junior doctors to join the on-call rota and contribute towards the GIM on call system for a supplemental increase in pay. This can be discussed further at interview. Medical and Clinical Audit The department is fully committed to the practice of Medical and Clinical Audit and will be expected to take part in this process. The department has a programme of continuing quality improvement, in which the post holder may become involved.
