The ideal candidate will be a committed and enthusiastic health professional with a strong public health focus and a passion for improving outcomes for children, young people, and families. They will demonstrate the following: Registered Nursewith current NMC registration. Holds aSpecialist Practitioner QualificationinSchool and Community Public Health(degree, diploma, or certificate level). Provenexperience of working effectively within a team, contributing to shared goals and supporting colleagues. A clear commitment to ongoingprofessional development, with evidence of maintaining and updating clinical and public health knowledge. Demonstratedleadership skills, with the ability to influence and support change, motivate others, and take initiative within their role.
