Year Leader (Maternity Leave Cover up to 1 Year) Salary Scale S02 point 26-28 £40,182 - £42,060 (actual salary £35,702 - £37,371) 36 hours per week Term Time plus 1 week Start date: January 2026 Our school values ‘Be Proud, Aim High, Work Hard, Be Kind, No Excuses’ are at the centre of everything we do to ensure students learn, achieve and enjoy school. We wish to appoint a confident, inspirational Year Leader who will have responsibility for the pastoral care of 270 students. The Year Leader will promote positive attitudes to learning, be a visible presence in school, and support the emotional well-being of students. The Year leader will be part of a team with the responsibility for monitoring and improving student attendance, punctuality and behaviour. We encourage all staff to be committed to their own professional development and pride ourselves on designing a programme of professional learning that supports everyone to improve their practice and develop their leadership skills.
