Required from January 2026Beaudesert Park is a thriving Independent Prep School providing co-educational day and flexi-boarding for children aged from 3 to 13. We are located in Minchinhampton near Stroud, Gloucestershire. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a School Minibus driver to join our friendly transport team bringing children into school in the mornings and returning them home in the evenings.
The role is part-time, during term-time only for up to two hours each morning and evening Monday to Friday (not currently required on Wednesday evening although this may change). The post holder may also be required to work on Saturday mornings when the School is in session and, in due course, there may be additional driving opportunities on Wednesday and Saturday afternoon for sports matches. The role is offered on a zero-hours basis, to commence in January 2026. The successful candidate will be a great team worker, willing to be flexible, must be presentable and courteous, and enjoy working with children. They must have the ability to communicate effectively with other members of staff, parents and children and have a clean drivers licence. Ideally, applicants will have a category D1 drivers licence that enables him/her to drive a 17 seater minibus. The successful candidate’s driving will be assessed by an independent driving assessor and this will be repeated every three years.
