Crynodeb
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support a wonderful child who loves learning and thrives within the classroom environment. The child has moderate learning difficulties and benefits from encouragement, structure, and tailored support to help them access the curriculum and develop their independence. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to a child who enjoys being part of school life and approaches learning with curiosity and enthusiasm.
This post is for 3 full days per week, Monday, Tuesday and FridayWe are looking for a colleague who has:• Experience of working in KS2. Calm and supportive manner.
• Ability to build successful relationships and be an excellent team player.
• Experience of working effectively with parents and external agencies.
• Reliable and committed to making a positive difference to the children.
• Sense of humour.
• The ability to problem solve and think creatively.
• Excellent communication skills.
