Summary
At Sidney Stringer Academy, we have a new position open for an HR, Recruitment & School Appeals Officer to join a friendly team, providing an efficient point of contact within HR and Appeals.
Job overview
To provide professional and high-quality administrative support across HR, recruitment, and school admissions appeals. The postholder will ensure effective delivery of HR processes and compliance with statutory guidance for admissions appeals. This role supports the Trust’s schools in achieving their educational and operational objectives while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and safeguarding.
Job requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
Good understanding of HR processes and safer recruitment.
Knowledge of the School Admission Appeals Code.
