Summary

The Bartender will support the smooth running and objectives of the Food and Beverage department. All members of the Food and Beverage department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness.

As a Bartender you'll be one of the faces of the hotel, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you'll be stepping into a busy role! You'll be preparing and serving drinks and cocktails, entertaining and welcoming our guests, and working as part of a vibrant team to deliver first-class hospitality.

If you're our ideal Bartender, you will:

* Be a great host for our guests - we greet guests from all around the world in our hotels so you'll meet a really diverse range of people!
* Have a genuine passion for hospitality and going the extra mile
* Be a 'show off', and showcase your skills: we want to see your flair for drinks and cocktail making!
* Preferably, have previous experience working in a bar
