Brook Street Recruitment is delighted to partner with our client, a leading precast concrete manufacturer in Ballymena, in recruiting an experienced Civils Estimator to join their growing team.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in project delivery - supporting bids, maximising sales opportunities, and ensuring cost-effective, high-quality solutions for clients.
- Prepare and calculate accurate construction cost estimates.
- Support the Lead Estimator in tenders, planning, and project development.
- Identify and convert sales opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Contribute to negotiation, award, and project handover stages.
- Represent the company at client meetings and trade events
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
- Proven estimating experience in civil engineering or construction.
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong commercial awareness.
- Salary £35-40k (DOE).
