Hours: Flexible for full or part time hours, initially for Michaelmas Court then Roman CourtWe are currently looking to recruit a Lettings Officer to join our team at Roman Court on a 12 month fixed term contract.Within the role you will ensure an effective and responsive delivery of the lettings process within the Court by ensuring a quality service to Housing 21 customers and applicants who wish to let a Housing 21 property.You will be responsible for efficiently administering the new lettings process to achieve lettings and voids targets, whilst supporting the Scheme Manager and Regional Teams in weekly lettings activities, facilitating marketing plans, and undertaking local promotional activity.Curious to know more?
