We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our clients team and oversee the daily operations of their local branch.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in sales management.
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all branch operations to achieve business objectives
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance branch performance and profitability
Monitor sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds these goals
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly
Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to promote professional development and high performance
Maintain accurate records of branch activities, including sales reports and inventory management
Collaborate with upper management to align branch goals with company objectives
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Skills:
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
The ideal candidate should have experience within a Trades environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
Base salary of £35,000 with monthly performance based bonus, working Monday to Friday (no weekends or evenings) 0800 - 1700
