Little Flowers, a brand-new early years setting that opened in January 2025, is looking for warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated practitioners to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a nurturing and inspiring environment where children can blossom.
About the Role:
As a valued member of our new team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and early education, guided by the EYFS framework. You’ll help create a setting where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to grow.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Planning and leading engaging, child-led activities that promote curiosity and development
Building trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Supporting the implementation of our setting’s vision and values from the ground up
Maintaining high standards in safeguarding, health & safety, and inclusive practice
Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture
What We’re Looking For:
A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
A nurturing, proactive, and reliable approach
A strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Why Join Little Flowers?
Be part of a new, purpose-driven setting from day one
Help shape a positive and inspiring learning environment
Enjoy ongoing training and professional development
Supportive leadership and a strong team ethos
A setting where your voice, ideas, and growth are truly valued
We are committed to providing a warm, inclusive environment where both children and staff can thrive. If you’re excited by the idea of helping a brand-new nursery take root and grow, we’d love to hear from you!
