We are recruiting a Kitchen Porter Supervisor for a busy hospitality venue in Woking. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced kitchens and can help keep the back-of-house running smoothly.
Role overview
Job Title: Kitchen Porter Supervisor
Location: Woking
Pay Rate: from £12.80 per hour
Hours: around 40–45 per week
Rota: Monday to Sunday, weekly schedule
Key responsibilities
• Supporting and coordinating kitchen porters during service
• Ensuring cleanliness across kitchen areas and equipment
• Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation and waste disposal
• Working closely with chefs to maintain workflow
• Helping keep back-of-house standards consistent
Requirements
• Similar experience in a professional kitchen
• Able to commit to full-time hours
• Comfortable with varied shift times
• Organised, dependable and confident to lead by example
• Good communication skills
