Contract Type: Flexible / Ongoing
Pay: £100 to £150 per day, paid weekly via PAYE

Are you a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work in Sutton Coldfield?
Winner Education is seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to oversee lessons across KS3 and KS4 at a local secondary school, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes and ensure students follow lesson plans

  
  

• Support teachers by maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  
  

• Monitor student behaviour and manage any issues effectively

  
  

• Assist with small group or 1:1 support where needed

  
  

• Ensure the classroom is safe and well-organised

  
  

• Report back to teachers on student progress and behaviour

  
  

• Attend school meetings when required

  
  

  Requirements:

  • Previous experience supervising or supporting lessons in a secondary school

    
    

  • Confident classroom and behaviour management

    
    

  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to maintain a positive learning environment

    
    

  • Strong organisational skills

    
    

  • QTS is desirable but not essential
