Business Administrative Assistant based in Stevenston, Ayrshire required!
Salary: £15.35 per hour + rolled up holiday pay + pension
Immediate Start Available!
Expected to run until end of March but possibility to stay on further or permanent!
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake a range of administrative duties, including the preparation of reports, letters, and other correspondence.
Schedule appointments and allocate resources efficiently to ensure operational targets are achieved.
Monitor job progress and maintain timely communication with operatives and supervisors.
Review and re-schedule work activities as required to meet service demands.
Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records using appropriate systems while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Essential Criteria:
SVQ Level 3 in Administration (or equivalent qualification/experience).
Demonstrated experience in administrative roles with the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Commitment to providing a high standard of customer service.
Desirable Criteria:
Experience within a DLO, Building Maintenance, or Social Housing environment.
Working knowledge of Lagan CRM and Opti-Time systems.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends when required.
