This lovely family based in Southwark, London, is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their toddler and school-aged child. The role involves all general nanny duties, including cooking for the children. It would be helpful if the nanny is able to batch cook, although this is not essential. A valid first aid qualification is required for this position.
Working hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Duties include:
Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children.
Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children.
Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children.
Cooking just for the children; batch cooking is a plus but not required.
Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy.
Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park.
Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children.
Providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational growth.
Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development.
