Summary

Our OUTSTANDING School continues to grow and we need to appoint further TEACHING ASSISTANT staff at Vranch House School in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly staff team and work with amazing children and young people who have physical disabilities and complex needs - 39 weeks, term time only.



Closing Date: Monday 1st December



* TEACHING ASSISTANT (general) -

£12.47 – £12.81per hour, based on experience and qualification

£12.21 for 18- to 21-year-old per hour.



Our Teaching Assistants and Mealtime Assistants work within a class of children and young people with severe learning difficulties (SLD) or profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD); all of our pupils have physical disabilities. Applicants must have prior experience of working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or physical disabilities, though the successful applicants will be given full training in a wide range of applicable skills, required to meet the specific needs of our pupils.
