Family Gateway Contact Officer needed in Cardiff
The rate is £14.14ph PAYE
This is a temporary role
The reference number is: RQ1639242
The successful candidate will not be expected to carry a caseload although they will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating multiple referrals.
They will provide high quality information, advice and assistance for babies, children, young people, families and professionals across the city. The service utilises a family centred, strengths based and inclusive approach, to identify the most appropriate support that will meet the wellbeing needs of both individuals and the family as a whole. The teams within the service work collaboratively with a range of professionals and partners to ensure support is at the right level and at the right time.
