Ideal Candidate Essential RN Child / RSCN with Specialist Practitioner (Community Childrens Nursing) or equivalent Minimum 5 years solid clinical experience across varied paediatric settings Proven leadership (staff management, project/change lead) Innovative, resourceful, and flexible to meet childrens/families needs Experience in service development and clinical governance Strong IT competence (systems and software) Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills Functional numeracy and literacy Skilled in managing difficult conversations Desirable Leadership/management qualification Knowledge of budgets, data, and performance monitoring Experience managing financial resources, complaints, and Health & Safety Other requirements:Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car insured for business use.
