We're looking for a passionate and skilled individuals to join to join our Customer Relationship Team as Customer Relationship Advisors. This is an exciting opportunity to support our customers with queries across multiple channels and make a real difference in their experience with Karbon Homes.
About the role
Our Customer Relationship Team is the first point of contact for our customers, and we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service. As a Customer Relationship Advisor, you'll handle a wide range of customer enquiries, expertly triaging issues, resolving queries at first contact where possible, and escalating complaints in line with our policy.
You'll play a key role in:
- Providing knowledgeable, efficient, and customer-focused support
- Logging and de-escalating complaints
- Liaising with colleagues across the business to ensure a first-class service
About you
We're looking for individuals who:
- Thrive under pressure and enjoy working collaboratively
- Have experience in customer service, objection handling, and problem solving
- Communicate effectively across various channels
- Are committed to resolving customer issues at the first point of contact

Key Details
- Customer Relationship Advisor - permanent role
- Salary is £26,739 per annum
- Location: Hybrid - home working and office-based in Stanley (attendance required when necessary)
- Training - 2 weeks in-office training at Stanley
- Workspace Requirements: Quiet, dedicated home workspace with reliable internet
- 37 Hours per week with agile working between the hours of 8am - 6pm.
