Job Overview

-Positions: Security Relief Officer: up to 36hr contracts are available (must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays when necessary)



Hourly rate: £13.85 per hour, (breaks are paid, officers to remain on site)



Mandatory- :



-5 years background check is compulsory.

-In date, SIA Security Guard or Door Supervisor licence

-First aid preferred, but we can provide training.

-Basic IT skills, able to use a laptop, PC and Mobile phone.

-Must be able to pass Police Vetting NPPV1 / CTC

About the Role



-Delivering an excellent high level customer service

-To ensure all duties completed in full to a very high standard.

-Report and act on any security breach, with follow up action.

-To assist with any security, safety, or criminal investigation

-To actively use the Merlin system for logging Patrols, Incident reports, Helpdesk reports and Daily Occurrence Book logs (training will be provided on the Merlin system)

-To conduct external and internal site patrols and checks of buildings and car parks.

-To carry out duties for Fire alarms and/or building evacuations

-To carry out tests of fire alarm systems (after training)

-To act as First aider (once trained)

-To support events taking place at SG or DS level

-To be aware of and ensure compliance with all aspects of policies and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

-To fully and satisfactorily complete all of the tasks and duties on site as defined within Assignment Instructions (AI's), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Risk Assessments (RA's), Memos and Toolbox talks.

-To be compliant with Industry and Statutory Legislation

-Attending further training /courses as and when directed.

-Comply with legal obligations and safety requirements of the role.

-Follow instructions and procedures appropriately without unnecessarily challenging authority.
