Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 Staff Nurse to join theNeurology Patient Investigation Unit (11D ward)on a fixed-term contract for 12 months, covering a secondment.
We are seeking a nurse with excellent communication skills and a strong working knowledge of computer systems. This role offers a unique chance to combine clinical nursing duties with involvement in cutting-edge clinical research, all within a supportive and dynamic environment that encourages professional and clinical growth.
As part of this role, you will deliver expert nursing infusion services to patients undergoing various neurological treatments. You will also be an integral member of the research team, contributing to pioneering new and innovative services for neurology patients. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in emerging treatments and make a real impact within a specialist, nurse-led service.
You will work within a close-knit, fast-paced, and friendly team dedicated to delivering expert care on a specialist unit based inthe state- of -the art Royal London Hospital, in the heart of East End, offering a unique opportunity to gain experience in both both advanced nursing care and research . .

• To provide the highest standard of individualised and holistic patient care in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team.
• To supervise and teach junior members of staff and learners as required and maintain own personal development with support.
• To provide high quality nursing care to patients and their families, in accordance with agreed policies.
