We are looking to welcome an experienced Senior Care Assistant to our team on a 26-hour a week schedule.
You'll definitely have experience as a senior in residential and nursing care, and be committed to delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
As a Care Partner (what we call our seniors), you'll role model standards of care and support a small team of carers within one of our households.
We normally work alternate weekends, so your work-life balance is important to us as well, and with a full-time schedule of 36 hours a week as a base, you'll have the chance to pick up additional shifts if you want to, but not if you don't.
As a tight family we care passionately about our residents and pride ourselves in providing the highest standards of care.
