Summary
We are seeking experienced HGV Class C+E drivers for general haulage work with a reputable logistics firm. This is a tramping role, with drivers expected to be away for the full working week. No manual handling is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate company-assigned HGV vehicles (treated as your own)
Deliver goods across designated routes with professionalism and punctuality
Maintain clear and effective communication with transport managers
Ensure compliance with driving regulations and company standards
Requirements:
Valid HGV Class C+E licence
Minimum 1 year of relevant driving experience
Strong communication skills
Willingness to work away from home Monday to Friday
Reliable and safety-conscious approach
Benefits & Compensation:
Hourly Rate: £35–£45
Night Out Allowance: £25 per night
Meal Allowance: Included
Incentive Bonus: £1,000 paid after 6 months
Truck Parking: Snap Account provided
Payroll: PAYE
