About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in a supported living setting in Watford. You will support adults with autism and complex needs, including individuals who are non-verbal, to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 months’ experience in a similar supported living or care environment
• Experience administering medication
• Experience supporting adults who are non-verbal
• Caring, patient, and professional attitude
• Right to work in the UK
Responsibilities
• Support with daily living tasks and personal care
• Assist with medication administration
• Promote communication and social interaction
• Support with shopping, cooking, cleaning, and community activities
• Encourage independence, learning, and inclusion
