Summary
Due to a change in the dynamics of our business we are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead a great team into the next phase of our business success.
We are a small well established MOT test centre and general repair garage with a great reputation and a solid client base .We are looking for a motivated individual to take the lead in progressing the business to make it future ready
This could be a time proven and capable technician who wants to use those skills and move into a more managerial role, but also a person who has a vision for the future and the energy and exitement to move the business in a direction for its future success
The role will involve a lot of involvement in the day to day running of the business and also customer facing and managing skills will be required
The role is a new incentive and will be supported as it needs to be to ensure the success of the project and the personal achievement of the candidate to achieve the goals of the business .
Working days will be Monday to Friday currently 8 am - 5pm
This is a new role and so can be moulded to suit the right candidate
