Summary
As a Software Event manager to manage various clients and sales managers to meet successfully especially on Civil design projects and applications (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and STAAD Pro.) .
Communicate, maintain, and develop relationship with Civil Application IT clients and manage finances for significant part of events.
Negotiate with vendors and looking for cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Choose the right venue like capacity, accessibility, and amenities that can make or break an event of IT client visit.
Distribute Annual and monthly budget across categories based on priority.
Experience in Software project management tools to track progress, deadlines, and responsibilities.
Ensure impressive and excellent customer service and quality delivery of IT software projects
Assign different tasks to team members at presentation and ensure assigned tasks are executed creditably.
Post-event evaluation to the client and successful crack of the project.
