Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a key role in promoting the wellbeing, comfort, and dignity of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering compassionate, individualised care tailored to each resident’s needs
Supporting residents with medication, mealtimes, and daily routines
Offering companionship and encouraging participation in light, engaging activities
Assisting with mobility and ensuring physical comfort and safety
Maintaining a tidy, comfortable, and welcoming living environment
Providing calm, consistent, and reassuring support each day
About You
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
Naturally kind, patient, and composed under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, flexible, and committed to providing high-quality care
