Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller looking for a crucial role in a dynamic organisation?
Our client, a key player in the Renfrew area (PA4 9RF), is seeking a dedicated Document Controller to join their team. This role is central to maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of all documentation, playing a vital part in supporting production and various organisational departments.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Batch Documentation Control: Take responsibility for Releasing Batches to production, meticulously ensuring all supporting paperwork is correct and cross-checked against the released batches.
- Production Completion: Ensure all finished Batches are accurately completed to stock, with all materials used correctly allocated to each Batch.
- Document Distribution: Efficiently facilitate the distribution of documents to relevant departments.
- Reporting: Run regular, accurate reports to maintain stock accuracy and integrity.
- Compliance: Manage and control documents to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Proven Skills: Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills are a must.
- Tech Proficiency: General computer skills with demonstrable experience in using Excel, Word, and PowerBi.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Location: Office-based role in Renfrew, PA4 9RF.
- Hours: Dayshift only.
- Flexibility: Opportunity for additional weekend overtime if required.
