Summary

Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Helpdesk Coordinator for our client based in Glasgow.

Role Overview:
This is a key support role responsible for the coordination and management of planned and reactive maintenance activities. The Helpdesk Coordinator will serve as the central communication hub, ensuring seamless interaction between clients, engineers, and subcontractors. The successful candidate will be focused on delivering high service levels, ensuring all works are scheduled and completed efficiently within agreed SLA timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:
Log and manage live calls using the internal CAFM system.
Schedule and allocate engineer workloads via the online planning tool.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, including job allocation, progress tracking, and report collection.
Raise and process purchase orders as required.
Monitor job progress and ensure all works are completed in line with agreed SLAs.
Update and maintain information across client portals.
Generate and distribute service reports to clients.
Arrange site access where necessary.
Order materials and organise the hire of specialist access equipment.
Assist with the collation and distribution of risk assessments.
Provide general administrative support to the wider team.

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a Helpdesk or Service Desk environment in Facilities Management or Building Services.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment.
Previous experience using Job Logic software is advantageous.

Offering:
Salary of £26,000 – £27,000 per annum.
Full-time, permanent position based in Glasgow.
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (some flexibility may be considered).
Hybrid working available after probation (3 days office / 2 days home).
33 days holiday (inclusive of public holidays).
