Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday, Office-based

We’re looking for a Field Care Administrator to be the vital link between our office and our care teams out in the community. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, communications flow effectively, and quality remains at the heart of everything we do.
In this dynamic role, you’ll:

Monitor and action messages and reports from our field colleagues, ensuring tasks are logged, tracked, and completed promptly.

Escalate any risks or concerns to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff.

Work closely with operational and quality teams to identify and act on any quality or compliance issues.

Track hospital admissions and discharges, making sure the right people are informed at the right time.

Collect, analyse, and present both quantitative and qualitative data to highlight trends and support continuous improvement.
This role includes one 8-hour on-call shift every two weeks, with additional pay for your time and dedication.
What You’ll Bring✅ Experience in data monitoring, compliance, or customer care — ideally within health or social care
✅ Excellent attention to detail and confident communication skills
✅ A proactive approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, supportive team
Comfortable using databases and ExcelBonus points if you have:
