Make a Real Difference Behind the Scenes

At Home Support Matters, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional support — not just for our customers, but for our teams too.
We’re looking for a Field Care Administrator to be the vital link between our office and our care teams out in the community. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, communications flow effectively, and quality remains at the heart of everything we do.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this dynamic role, you’ll:

  • Monitor and action messages and reports from our field colleagues, ensuring tasks are logged, tracked, and completed promptly.

  • Escalate any risks or concerns to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff.

  • Work closely with operational and quality teams to identify and act on any quality or compliance issues.

  • Track hospital admissions and discharges, making sure the right people are informed at the right time.

  • Collect, analyse, and present both quantitative and qualitative data to highlight trends and support continuous improvement.

This role includes one 8-hour on-call shift every two weeks, with additional pay for your time and dedication.

    What You’ll Bring

✅ Experience in data monitoring, compliance, or customer care — ideally within health or social care
✅ Excellent attention to detail and confident communication skills
✅ A proactive approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, supportive team
    Comfortable using databases and Excel

    Bonus points if you have:

    • Experience using digital care systems or audit tools

      ✨ Here’s what we offer:

      • A role where your work genuinely improves lives

      • Supportive, values-led team culture

      • Ongoing training and professional development

      • Clear career progression opportunities

      • Paid mileage (42p per mile)

      • Company mobile phone with all the tools you need

      • Fully funded Enhanced DBS check

      • Paid holidays and pension scheme

      • 1:1 mentoring and personal support

      • Access to an online GP service for your wellbeing

If you’re organised, compassionate, and ready to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes — we’d love to hear from you.
