Summary
Introduction
My daughter is 21 years of age she is social and happy and has cerebral palsy she requires exercise and help with dressing and undressing. My daughter enjoys swimming, she can float on a noodle and just needs support in the pool, loves to interact with children passing the ball or duck. swimming. Transport will be provided to the pool. My daughter also has refreshments after swimming.
Duties
Assistance is required with accessing the community. Supporting to attend swimming on a weekly basis. Support to undertake sensory activities.
Support with personal care and dressing.
Assistance with feeding.
Hours
Monday to Sunday 7:00am- 9:00 am and 6:30pm to 8:00 pm. Potential additional hours for support every other week. 14 hours per week – 24.5 plus hours per week.
Rate
£14.20 per hour
