CBC are looking for a passionate individual who wants to help us make a difference to local communities here in Charnwood, Leicestershire.
The Council is recruiting a Work Planner (Damp & Mould Team).
The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our Damp, Mould and Business Support Team. In this role, you will work closely with on-site technical staff and operatives and customers to ensure all Damp, Mould works are planned in and managed. You will have experience of working within a direct labour organisation and will be required to work independently but within a team setting.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will be customer focused, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality service. To succeed in this position, you should have previous office experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong proficiency in using and supporting computer systems - including databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in housing management work planning systems is essential and familiarity with Awaab’s Law would be advantageous, though not essential. Additionally, experience of working in a social housing repairs & maintenance setting is essential.
