This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys working with a range of learners. You'll work across Year 1 and Year 2 classes, focusing on phonics, literacy and numeracy interventions, as well as providing general in-class support where needed.

- Monitoring progress and feeding back to teaching staff

You'll need:
- A Level 3 TA qualification (preferred) or equivalent classroom experience
- Recent experience working within Key Stage 1
- Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and early learning strategies
- Excellent communication and rapport with young children
- A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to work independently
