We are seeking a passionate and creative Music Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Southend from January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented educator to lead engaging lessons, nurture musical talent, and contribute to a thriving arts department.
The Role:
· Teach Music across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable)
· Deliver a broad and balanced curriculum that encourages creativity and performance
· Lead extracurricular activities such as choir, band, or school productions
· Contribute to the wider life of the school and its performing arts culture
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
· Strong subject knowledge and instrumental/vocal skills
· A commitment to inclusive and inspiring teaching
· Experience in leading performances or ensembles is a plus
