Summary

SEN Teaching Assistant - Choice of Roles (ASD / Physical Disabilities)
Location: Harrow
Salary: £100-£115 per day
Start Date: Immediate or January 2026

Long Term Futures are working with a welcoming primary school in Harrow seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis, with the opportunity to go permanent after 20 weeks.

There are three available positions, and the successful candidate can choose the role that best matches their skills and interests. One involves supporting a Year 1 pupil with Autism, helping them with classroom routines, communication, and confidence within a calm, structured environment. Another focuses on a Reception pupil with Autism, supporting early development, sensory regulation, and play-based learning. The third role supports a Year 1 pupil with physical disabilities, providing practical assistance to help them access learning, move safely around school, and build independence.

The school is a friendly, inclusive primary in Harrow with a strong commitment to supporting pupils with additional needs. Staff describe the environment as positive, team-oriented, and well-resourced. The site is easily accessible via the Metropolitan and Bakerloo lines, with parking available for staff.
