  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee all aspects of digital compliance, including legal statements, product disclosures, FCA wording, audit trails, and system governance.
  • Measure Success: Monitor and report on key product KPIs, conversion rates, order value, lead quality, cost per acquisition, and more, providing actionable insights to the senior leadership team.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex system integrations (CRM, ERP, finance).
  • Familiarity with FCA-regulated products and digital compliance requirements.
  • Commercial acumen, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for building customer-centric digital experiences.
  • Degree-level education in Product Management, Business, Computer Science, UX Design, or a related field. Agile/Scrum/Product Owner certifications are desirable.
