Summary

We're looking for a Defects Coordinator to join our team, playing a key role in managing customer-reported retrofit defects from initial notification through to resolution.
What we are looking for:
Strong experience in defect management, customer liaison, or document control within housing, construction, or a similar environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
Confidence using data and document management systems (e.g. SharePoint, Asite, Keystone, C365).
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with experience producing performance reports and identifying trends.
Understanding of contractual timelines, service levels, and quality assurance processes.
