Summary
We are seeking a dedicated General Labourer to join our large team the ideal candidate on a full-time basis possesses some knowledge in general building working alongside one of our trade’s men. Start will be on a 3-month trial period. Wage to be discussed depending on experience.
Duties
• Perform in accordance with site safety rules and regulations.
• Be able to work on own initiative and follow instruction.
• Be able to communicate well with Clients and suppliers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and improve processes.
Requirements
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication.
• Knowledge of general building (experience in a trade is a plus).
• Full Driving licence would be good but not essential.
• Good customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Being able to work on own initiative.

Experience:
• Building: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
• Driving Licence not essential as would be working with one of our tradesmen but would be a advantage as we have company vehicles
. CSCS card would be required (we can help with this)
Work Location: We are based in Sawbridgeworth Essex and work within the Social Housing sector our works consist of roofing, construction, fire doors, firestopping, groundworks
And work: within the M25 and surrounding areas
