Contract Type: Temporary



The role: To support the delivery of a high-performing stock condition surveying service within the Property Investment team. The role involves maintaining and updating key asset data systems including stock condition, asbestos, fire safety, and energy efficiency databases, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.



Key Responsibilities:

Input, update and manipulate data across asset management databases.
Produce reports as required and support the stock condition survey team.
Provide administrative support to the Property Investment and Stock Condition teams – including meeting organisation, minute taking, and raising purchase orders.
Manage asbestos-related information, logging samples and survey results.
Support the scheduling and coordination of Asset Surveyors’ diaries to ensure efficient use of resources.
Assist in developing, reviewing and implementing back-office policies and procedures.
Support the preparation of repair and improvement programmes, including progress tracking and contractor performance monitoring.
Contribute to customer communication and ensure resident satisfaction is maintained.
Undertake occasional on-site inspections when required.
Assist in the preparation of management and board reports.
Keep up to date with relevant legislation, best practice and asset management standards.



What the client is looking for:

Educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent), with passes in English and Maths.
Solid IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and bespoke asset management systems.
Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to handle queries professionally.
Prior administrative experience in a property, asset, or construction environment.
Confidence in managing multiple tasks and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently while supporting a wider technical team.





Desirable:

Experience within social housing, property investment, or facilities management.
Knowledge of stock condition surveys, asbestos management, and compliance data.
Familiarity with procurement systems and performance reporting.
